You say to yourself, I want to lose 10 pounds in a week. 10 pounds in a week? Is this reaching for the stars? When you’re trying to lose weight, it can be frustrating to not see result or to stop seeing results. However, this happens to many people for a variety of different reasons. Losing weight is never easy; at least, it is not as easy as putting on the weight. If you truly want to see the results you wish you could have, the best way to do that is to set weight losing goals. Having goals will put you on the fast track to success with your weight loss.
Before you simply set goals and start dieting and exercising, talk to your doctor or a professional trainer. These people will be able to help you set healthy goals that you’ll be able to reach with a little hard work. They’ll also be able to point out goals that could result in dangerous eating or exercising habits. Poor eating can easily turn into an eating disorder and unhealthy amounts of exercise can cause you body to weaken and make you prone to injury. Professionals know what they are talking about in weight loss, so trust their opinion on most matters.
When setting weight loss goals, try to come up with a plan that will allow you to reach your goals, but not without effort. This requires a lot of balance and will possible require you to reset goals after a few months. If your goals are too easy, you will not be losing weight at the maximum rate or pushing yourself to try harder, which is not a good idea when it comes to weight loss, as it may cause you to give up your plan completely. If your goals are too difficult to reach, on the other hand, you may also want to give up because you become frustrating at not seeing the results you think you should be seeing. There’s a fine line between pushing yourself too much and not enough.
As you set goals, consider a number of things, such as how often you’re able to work out, your weight now and what it would be in a perfect world, the specific parts of your body that make you most unhappy, and you physical abilities. Don’t just set a number goal—work towards a number of different goals. Set goals to cover you total weight, the inches you want to lose from your waist or other areas, the pants size you’d like to be able to wear, and the health factors, like a certain cholesterol or blood pressure, that you want to achieve. Set both long term and short term goals and you’ll be well on your way to losing the weight
To lose 10 pounds in a week can be realistic. I lost over 12 pounds in 9 days. Now I didn’t go to a size 2 jeans but I did lose inches. So shoot for the stars say and do lose 10 pounds in a week. It is possible.

The way in which the male and the female exercises can and should differ. A female may need to adopt a different squat position to a male, the female pelvis tilts more than the males, so they need to take care with their lower back area. Women should avoid using the heavier weights even though they

I weigh 220 and i am 16. I want to lose 50 pounds by june. What is the best thing for me to do. I am only active 3 or less times a week due to my busy schedules. PLEASE HELP!
I find the comments very interesting. I had quite given up on losing weight and have tried many types of diets. I know that in order to lost weight no matter what certain diet programs tell you about eating everything in moderation, you have to stop chugging down the carbs. I used to eat bagels for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, potatoes with dinner or whole wheat pasta. I was unable to stop that habit until I tried Right Size Smoothies. My husband and I started at the same time. We look forward to our breakfast and lunch and after I consume the water and a cup of coffee I don’t even think about food until lunchtime. We eat a sensible dinner consisting of protein (usually broiled)and a large salad or steamed vegetable. Snacks consist of turkey breast or fruit. I don’t want the bagel, bread, pasta or potato and it has been 4 weeks. A miracle. I lost 11 pounds so far and my husband lost 16 pounds. You can’t put anything you want in your mouth and lose weight. I have spend thousands trying. This is the first product that cut down my cravings for the things I thought I could not live without. For those of you who didn’t really try and are complaining, it is very unfair to blame the company for your cheating. Also, a two-week trial is not enough. It didn’t show on the scale until week three.
Hi, I’m 17 and weight 154 pounds. I want to gain weight so i make myself a bit bigger overall. then once i am happy with my weight gain, i am going to burn it all off with cardio leaving me with hopefully just muscle. Is this Good and will it work? Thanks
Kimi: I absolutely agree that everyone would benefit from nutrient dense foods. My children eat their fair share of processed foods from visiting friends and birthday parties. So, I look to the probiotics of cultured foods to zap some of those “poisons†out of their body!! The last 2 months have been an interesting journey. I appear to be seemingly healthy. However, I developed some hip pain this past year. I’ve been doing massage for a year to work on some of the pain, which has helped, but always only temporarily. Then, a spark of thought developed that eliminating wheat and helping to heal the gut could reduce inflammation similar to an arthritic condition. (I tested negative for wheat intolerance.) Well, I’m happy to report the hip pain has reduced 75%. What I am trying to say to those who want to try the GAPS diet is that you need to try it 100% to get it’s full benefit. Of course, you can work up to that point. Eliminating wheat first, then other grain, then potatoes, then unacceptable beans.
WELL IM 5’9 AND WEIGH 190 AND I DONT REALLY HAVE A BELLY BUT I WANT IT TO BE REAL REAL FLAT. SO I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO USE THE MEGA GREEN T BUT WONDER DOES IT ONLY BURN BELLY FAT
When it comes to binge eating you must find a way to put an end to it. Reduce the frequency of binge eating until it just doesn’t happen anymore. Since your binge eating is stress related you should try meditating as a way to manage and eliminate the stress from your life. Getting rid of stress should be your first priority because stress forces your body to gain weight and to deteriorate your health. I know people who have lost weight just because they got rid of the stress form their life.
It has taken me a year and a half to lose about 20lbs. Doesn’t seem like much but I weight train and have lost inches .. which makes it look like more.
I was a flight attendant back in the 90’s when there was a weight restriction and I can tell you from personal experience that apple cider vinegar does work for a short term weight loss, only because it seems to be a natural diuretic, meaning it makes you sweat. In fact it begins to work almost immediately, once you drink it you should feel little beads of sweat forming on your lip and brow within a few minutes. Also, because of the acid, it helps to trap fats and pass them through your system faster.
Okayyyy i need helppppppp, im 20 yrs old nd im 5’8 weighing at 155 i want to lose 30 pounds. I knoww its going to be hard but i honestly cant go on a diet because i never been successful on a diet before, the longest i lasted was a week nd a half. And I want to know if i can lose weight with just exercise.
The diet plan appears to be a high quality one that’s certain to deliver better results. I think that it would be great point to achieve the best of points going your way. After what is a lot better than as compared to loosing the weight faster inside a healthier method. I do believe that this should indeed be well worth a go.
